Steps for fixing your HP mobile printer when it does not power on or respond:
Test the power without the battery.
Remove the battery and connect the power cord to the printer and a power source and try to power it on.
Reset the printer and test the wall outlet.
Unplug the printer’s power cord and test a different appliance with the wall outlet.
If it works, the wall outlet is functioning correctly.
If it doesn’t turn on, trying another appliance and repeat the test steps.
If the appliance doesn’t turn on, find a working outlet for your printer.
Try using a second power cord and make sure both power cords are compatible with your printer.
Reinsert the battery into the printer, and charge it for 15 minutes.
If your printer still does not power on, test the printer power using only the battery.
